Here is why you always notify the Attorney General about anything involving your case when they become involved.  Additionally, this is another example of why it is best whenever possible not to get them involved in your case.

The fact are the father and mother agreed to reduce Father’s child support and medical support arrearages to zero and had an agreed order entered to that effect.  The Attorney General filed an appeal because the OAG had not been served or given notice. The appellate Court agreed and voided the order sending it back to the trial court.
